Music Distribution & Sales
Upload singles, EPs, and albums. Set your own pricing or offer free releases. Fans purchase and stream directly within the app. Artists receive revenue in their Sygnaal wallet, with payouts processed via Stripe Connect.
Store & Merchandise
Artists run their own in-app store to sell physical merchandise (vinyl, CDs, apparel, accessories) alongside digital music. Physical products may include bundled digital access — for example, a vinyl purchase includes the digital album. Orders are managed with full tracking, shipping, and refund support.
Events & Tickets
Create events and sell tickets directly to fans. Multiple ticket tiers (General, VIP, Platinum) with transparent pricing breakdowns including service fees, processing fees, and taxes. Fans pay via card, Sygnaal wallet, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Analytics & Fan Insights
Geographic fan mapping, demographic insights, engagement metrics, revenue breakdowns, and purchasing behavior analytics. Artists own all their analytics data and can export it at any time.
Wallet & Payouts
All revenue from music sales, merchandise, and tickets is collected in the artist's Sygnaal wallet. Artists withdraw funds to their bank account via Stripe Connect. Transaction history, fee breakdowns, and payout schedules are fully transparent in the app.

Business Model
Sygnaal is a marketplace platform where independent, third-party artists create, price, and sell their own content directly to fans. Sygnaal does not sell its own digital content — all music, merchandise, and tickets are created and sold by artists on the platform.
Digital music — Albums, EPs, singles, and individual tracks are created by artists and sold at prices they set. Payments are processed through Stripe's marketplace payment system.
Physical merchandise — Vinyl, CDs, apparel, and accessories are sold by artists from their in-app store. Physical products may bundle digital access (e.g., a vinyl purchase includes the digital album).
Event tickets — Artists create events and sell tickets at their own pricing with multiple tiers (General, VIP, Platinum).
Revenue model — Sygnaal takes a small platform fee on transactions. All payments are processed by Stripe. Artists receive payouts to their bank accounts via Stripe Connect.
Safety & Moderation
Terms of Use Agreement
All users must explicitly agree to our Terms of Service before accessing the platform. Our terms include a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.
Report Objectionable Content
Users can report objectionable content directly from any user profile or content item (music releases, tracks) using the in-app report function. Reports are categorized by type: spam, harassment, hate speech, inappropriate content, impersonation, copyright violation, fake accounts, underage users, self-harm, violence, and other.
Block Abusive Users
Users can block any other user at any time. Blocking immediately removes the blocked user's content from the blocker's feed, prevents messaging, and notifies Sygnaal of the inappropriate behavior for review.
24-Hour Enforcement
All reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours. Objectionable content is removed promptly and users who violate our policies are ejected from the platform. Severe violations are escalated to the appropriate authorities.
