How do I create a Sygnaal account?

Download the Sygnaal app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign up with your email address. You can register as an artist or a fan.

How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password.

Can I switch from a fan account to an artist account?

Yes. Go to Settings > Account and select "Upgrade to Artist." You'll need to complete identity verification to access artist features.

What audio formats are supported?

We accept WAV, FLAC, and high-quality MP3 files (320kbps). For best results, upload lossless formats (WAV or FLAC).

Do I keep ownership of my music?

Absolutely. You retain full ownership of all content you upload. Sygnaal never claims ownership rights to your music, artwork, or data.

How do I upload music?

Navigate to your artist dashboard, tap "Upload," and select your audio files. Add metadata including title, genre, artwork, and release date.

Payments & Wallet

How do I get paid?

Revenue from sales and streams is deposited into your Sygnaal wallet. You can withdraw funds to your linked bank account according to our payout schedule.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Fans can also pay using their Sygnaal wallet balance.

How does the Sygnaal card work?

The Sygnaal card is a debit card linked to your wallet balance. You can use it anywhere Visa is accepted. Cards are issued through Stripe in partnership with banking institutions.

Fan Analytics

What analytics are available?

Artists get geographic fan data, demographic insights, engagement metrics, revenue breakdowns, and purchase behavior analytics.

Can I export my analytics data?

Yes. You can export all your data including fan analytics, financial records, and content in standard formats at any time.
