Retention of Safety Data

Block relationships are maintained until you choose to unblock the user or delete your account.

Artists retain:
- Complete ownership of all music content, metadata, and files
- Full ownership of fan analytics data generated from content
- Perpetual right to export all data anytime in standard formats
- Guaranteed data portability during business transitions, mergers, acquisitions
- Right to remove data completely upon account deletion
- No licensing or assignment of data rights to Sygnaal or third parties
Data Export Rights
Artists have absolute rights to export complete data including:
- All music files in original uploaded formats
- Complete fan analytics and geographic data
- Financial transaction history and revenue data
- Account information and communication history
- Battle history and engagement metrics
In the event of any business merger, acquisition, or sale, your data export rights remain fully protected and transferable. We provide 90 days advance notice of business transitions and guarantee data export ability.
