Child Safety Standards
Last Updated: June 1, 2026
Our Commitment
Sygnaal Inc. ("Sygnaal," "we," "us," or "our") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to keeping minors safe on our platform and to fully complying with all applicable child safety laws in every jurisdiction where Sygnaal operates. This page sets out our published standards against CSAE in accordance with the Google Play and Apple App Store child safety requirements.
Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Sygnaal and will result in immediate removal, account termination, and reporting to the appropriate authorities:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, real, animated, or generated
- Sexualization of minors or content that depicts, encourages, or normalizes the abuse or exploitation of children
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to engage a minor in sexual activity
- Sextortion, trafficking, or facilitation of child exploitation
- Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE/CSAM material on or off the platform
- Inappropriate contact between adults and minors
Minimum Age Requirement
Sygnaal is not directed to children. Users must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, to create an account. Accounts found to belong to underage users are removed.
Prevention & Detection
We use a combination of measures to detect and prevent CSAE on the platform:
- Proactive content moderation across uploaded media and user content
- User reporting tools available throughout the app on profiles and content
- Review of all CSAE-related reports within 24 hours of receipt
- Account-level enforcement, including permanent bans for violators
- Cooperation with hash-matching and industry detection standards where applicable
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
We make it easy to report child safety concerns. Anyone can report suspected CSAE in the following ways:
- In-app: Use the report function on any profile, message, or content item and select the child safety / underage category
- By email: Contact our dedicated child safety team at childsafety@sygnaal.com
- Reports are confidential and reviewed with the highest priority
Reporting to Authorities
Sygnaal complies with all relevant child safety laws and reports confirmed CSAE to regional and national authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and equivalent bodies in other jurisdictions, as required by law. We preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
Designated Point of Contact
Our designated child safety point of contact is available to respond to questions about our CSAM prevention practices and compliance: Sygnaal Inc. Child Safety Team Email: childsafety@sygnaal.com
